Currently, you cannot upgrade or downgrade on your own. The platform offers two alternative methods for modifying your subscription tier.

In the App

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your account page
  2. Locate the "Your Plan Details" card (visible to paid users)
  3. Select "Change Plan"
  4. A dialog will appear where you can communicate your request
  5. Submit your message detailing the desired plan change
  6. Processing occurs within 24 hours

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click the help button on the right side
  2. Request an upgrade or downgrade
  3. Changes may be processed immediately or within the next business day, depending on support availability
